Price Matching

At The Rustic Retreat, we are proud to offer a price match guarantee. What does that mean? If you find an identical item priced lower at a different online store, The Rustic Retreat will match that price within 10 days after your purchase was made. In order to qualify you must email the competitor's website address and your order number, name, and address to orders@therusticretreat.com

Price Match Exclusions & Rules:
1. Additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping offers from The Rustic Retreat cannot be used on price matched orders.
2. We must be notified before your order is placed or within 10 days after placing your order.
3. Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. company.
4. The items that are price matched must be identical.
5. We do not price match internet auctions or manufacturer/wholesale prices.
6. We do not price match items that are advertised as closeout, clearance or overstocked.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

The Rustic Retreat wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  For your convenience, merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all original packaging at customer's expense and using the original shipper or a pre-approved shipper. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 20% processing fee unless items are damaged. You must call for a "Return Authorization" number before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned without a return authorization, will be refused and no credit will be given. Credit will not be issued until the merchandise is received and inspected. Health Regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of sheets or other bedding for credit or refund.

 

Damaged Merchandise

If you should receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us at info@therusticretreat.com within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all original packaging materials.

 

Damaged Items in Transit

Carefully examine package for any visual damage. If damage is noticed, do not accept or sign for the merchandise. Request a damage notification slip from shipper and notify The Rustic Retreat immediately. If damage is concealed, notify The Rustic Retreat with in 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

The limited warranty begins from the date of purchase. Warranty applies only when
you have purchased the furniture for your own normal indoor / outdoor use and not
for commercial use, which includes rental, business and institutional or other nonresidential
use.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear
and tear or accidents: including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, indentations,
cleaning with harsh chemicals, or pet damage. All claims must be accompanied by
proof of purchase. For maximum usable life of your furniture, cover and / or store
during periods of non-use.
