Refund Policy:

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all original packaging at customer's expense and using the original shipper or a pre-approved shipper. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 20% processing fee unless items are damaged. You must call for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned without a return authorization, will be refused and no credit will be given. Credit will not be issued until the merchandise is received and inspected.
Health Regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of sheets or other bedding for credit or refund.
Damaged Merchandise
If you should receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us at orders@therusticretreat.com within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all original packaging materials.
Damaged Items in Transit
Carefully examine package for any visual damage. If damage is noticed, do not accept or sign for the merchandise. Request a damage notification slip from shipper and notify The Rustic Retreat immediately. If damage is concealed, notify The Rustic Retreat with in 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. |

Our Privacy Statement

6. For your protection, Go-emerchant does not allow The Rustic Retreat to access your credit card # or store it for future reference.
